The scenario: it’s vacation! You’re loving hot beach days and all sorts of fun. You sit down in the evening with your crochet project, spending time with your friends or family, and BAM! You’re cold.
I swear, no matter if it’s a beach house or even a little hotel room, I always get chilly in the summer! So: if you still get a little cool in the air conditioning like me, this blanket wrap is for you! The summer is winding down, but there will still be plenty of warm days with cooler evenings. This wrap is perfect for snuggling without getting too warm. I loved designing the stitch pattern on it, and my testers liked the easy repeat of it!
This is definitely a pattern beginners can tackle, because it’s worked flat, the repeat is easy to remember and the open stitch work allows for tension issues to not be as noticeable. If you are trying out a larger project like this for the first time, head over to Ravelry or Lovecrafts for the PDF! It has 3 pages of photo help so you can make this project without frogging and frogging and frogging.
